Berivan (Bez) joined McMasters’ in July 2006 whilst completing a post graduate Masters in Accounting followed by a Diploma in Financial Planning. She also had a strong background in the Real Estate industry and as a result we decided to incorporate buyers advocacy and property advising into the practice. In January 2009 Bez became a Director of the McMasters’ group and her position to date involves providing advisory services for new and existing clients. Areas of expertise include taxation advice, business structural advice, practice valuations, property investing, superannuation, personal insurances.
Outside of work Bez enjoys outdoor interval training, long walks on the beach and spending quality time with her family.

Sean joined the predecessor to McMasters’ in 1996 after graduating with a double degree in Arts/Economics from Monash University. After completing the CPA program in 2000 Sean joined Mercer working in Dublin and London on corporate pension funds. Returning to Melbourne in 2004 saw him re-joining McMasters’ as one of the SMSF team. In 2006 he became a Director at McMasters’ and moved to managerial role in the accounting division as well as a financial adviser
Outside of work Sean likes to jump on a bike whenever he can, and when the wind (and family) permits do a little sailboarding.

Aaron has over 8 years’ experience as an accountant specialising in doctors, dentists and other health professionals. In addition, Aaron is a qualified financial planner and lawyer. Gareth James Pollard
Gareth started at McMasters in 2011 after working with the Myer Family Company. He is part of the management group at McMasters and also our resident chef on BBQ days. Gareth graduated from the University of Sheffield, UK with a BA in Economics and is also a qualified member of the CIOT and ATT. He wanted everyone to know that he is a Yorkshire tea drinker.

Con has been in private practice in accounting and taxation for over 30 years. Con graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and is a Certified Practising Accountant. I enjoy watching my son Daniel play and ref soccer matches during the winter.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and hold a Diploma in Financial Planning and am a CPA qualified accountant and a tax agent. During my professional life I’ve worked in various industries and different countries . Since 2003 I have been largely working with doctors.
Graduated from the RMIT University and started work at public practice.
Before joining McMasters in September 2005, I had worked 6 months at NAB Custodian Services Department as Fund Accountant (back office role) reconciling Funds worth billion dollars.
Ronald has years of combined experience in the Accounting/Tax and Advisory division of McMasters, he is also in the pioneer team that started the McMasters’ Geelong Office in 2013. Prior to joining McMasters, Ronald was an Analyst with the CIMB Investment Bank.
He is a Chartered Accountant (“CA”), holding his membership through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. Besides, he is a Charterholder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) Institute. He is also qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne with a major in Accounting and Finance.
William has ten years of industry experience, starting his tax career at KPMG, progressing as a specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions at Deloitte, then as in-house tax consultant at EnergyAustralia. Always inquisitive, he branches out into management of energy market risk at EnergyAustralia before he found his calling for medical professionals. William graduated from the University of Melbourne with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Japanese. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, solicitor.

Mina Specialises in business legal structures, business succession planning, estate planning and superannuation. Prior to his current role, Mina specialised in providing legal and financial services to high net worth medical and dental practitioners through the legal and financial planning division of McMasters solicitors, accountants and financial planners.

I have been working for McMasters for 16 years now.
Assisting with Administration duties during that time .
Previously I graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Chemistry and Aquatic Biology.
My interests are Travelling, Reading and Walking on the Beach.
I joined the McMasters group in 2013 with a previous background in account management and business analysis. I have completed a Bachelor of Economics, a Master of Professional Accounting and am a qualified CPA. My role includes responsibility for managing the finances, accounts and performing general management duties for the group.
In 2015 I joined the McMasters’ team. Prior to taking on my role as receptionist I completed an Advanced Diploma of Justice and then I went on to completing a Bachelor of Social Science (Legal and Dispute Studies) at RMIT University.
I have started a sailing course with my parents which is proving to be quite challenging but very enjoyable.
I have been working part time for McMasters for 2 years.
My role is to assist with Administration and to help on reception.
When I am not working I look after my little girl aged 3yrs.
My hobbies include dog walking, shopping and travel.
I first did work experience with McMasters at 14 years old and then joined FEEST Company Services after finishing school. After a year there I moved to McMasters to work with the SMSF team, and after a few years became Terry’s PA. I then moved
into the Practice Manager role around 2011.
I have completed my full real estate license and spent 6 years working as a buyers advocate for our clients. I have just recently been made a Director of Buying Bayside.
After 2 children and a few years working part time looking after special projects and marketing and communications, I will be back full time from 2017. I enjoy working with a team of people and employers who encourage growth and have helped
me to grow a unique set of skills across financial planning, real estate, HR and management.
