Introduction

The McMasters’ Way is a sophisticated premium financial planning and wealth coaching service integrating taxation planning, superannuation planning, structural advice and investment advice to achieve maximal wealth outcomes for health practitioners. 

In 2010 we are concentrating on residential property and making sure each client holds an appropriate portfolio of good quality properties. The Reserve Bank expects Melbourne property prices to almost double by 2020 and we want to make sure every client gets the benefit of this phenomena. Its all to do with demographics: Australia's population is growing fast and 450,000 new arrivals each year have to live somewhere, and there is already a shortage of quality housing stock.

Property is a big part of the McMasters' Way.

The McMasters' Way emphasizes the need for independent and objective advice that integrates legal, accounting and financial planning issues. We stress the importance of getting the ownership structure right, and making sure all legitimate tax planning advantages are taken. Superannuation features in every advice. We strongly recommend doctors and dentists control their own investments, and skip the unnecessary middle-men. Direct investments into property, index funds and blue chip Australian shares are recommended, with careful use of debt where appropriate. 

Our advice is long term: its intended to make you rich slowly, and surely, without undue risks or worry. And to hopefully make your practice more efficient, so there is a greater reward per hour spent in your practice.

McMasters' never recommends anything that pays anyone a commission.

Investment portfolio management services, also known as "wraps" are a complete waste of money and we recommend clients not use them.
